Soft breezes, walks long walks at dusk thinking deep thoughts. Flowers budding yellow, lavender and the smells

Nothing is more memorable than a deep breath and the smell of summer. One scent can be fill your mind with many childhood summers beside a lake in the mountains, at summer camp with your friends or that memorable campout in your own back yard.

You know connecting to the changes in the weather help you with your sense of wholeness and balance especially when you are in the second half of life. I am among many who can now claim that honor living in the second half of life. Summer is the time of my birth June, 1942 that makes me 72.

As nature changes and has seasons you too also have changes and seasons and to keep being on top your game at any age is to find a common theme, a common denominator.
