The best way to get out of a trap where you are feeling fear and unease in any relationship or event is to avoid falling into the trap in the first place. I have listed several tools and inspirational ideas to help you do just that. However if you still feel trapped know from the deepest part of you that you are not a victim and that your highest best self always is giving you inspiration and guidance. Open your eyes and ears in a new way. And lastly know once you make progress toward feeling and possessing a better feeling thought about anything you will not be able to go back to the more uncomfortable thoughts about any subject or event and this better feeling thought is the key to springing the trap.
Try these ideas:
- When I hear inspirational stories like this one, I like to think of how does this affect my life. So I ask where do I feel trapped?
- I found the best way to figure this out is to make a list because the more you know what you don’t want the more you know what you do want. This is also a law of attraction process called clarity/contrast.
- So I did a mind dump on the subject feeling trapped only I added this phrase where do I or someone I know feel trapped. I added the someone I know phrase because I am doing pretty good these days on cleaning up my vibration and I wanted some juicy stuff for this broadcast.
Here is a list of traps you or someone you know may be feeling.
- Drama triangle
- Wanting but not getting
- Settling for just ho hum life
- Not feeling the contrast
- Over thinking
- Feeling other people’s judgment
- Dwelling in the past
All these traps have one thing in common that is the focus is on something or someone that makes you feel bad. So my natural deduction is to find a way of focusing on this that feel good or a little bit better.
I will start by talking about how the law of attraction works.
The law of attraction is the name given to the belief that “like attracts like” and that by focusing on positive or negative thoughts, one can bring about positive or negative results. This belief is based upon the idea that people and their thoughts are both made from “pure energy”, and the belief that like energy attracts like energy.
No one has really proved this idea of Law Of Attraction but I have found the best way to prove it is by applying the principals of the law to my own life.
But you may wonder what does the science community think of the idea of the law of attraction?
From what I have read the sciences and philosophy know that gravity and the law of attraction do hold the planets in orbit and the workings of law of attraction were postulated in the earliest recordings of science and philosophy yet there is not a specific scientific description of the law of attraction. Or for other things like what is life force. We only know about life force from experiencing it for ourselves and similarity the law of attraction can best be known by letting your own experience be your won guide.
So I have fun with the law and let my mind be expanded by all possibilities and
The debate between what is real and what is unreal reminds me of what I said one day in my classroom where I was teaching a room full of young children. They often got into arguments about the reality of Santa clause, or the tooth fairy. When they asked me “What do you believe Sandra, I answered why of course they exist “I believe everything exists it excites my creativity”. I don’t waste time thinking if something is real or not I just go with the whole spirit of the thing. They then asked who brings the presents and one student chimes in with “Your Parents” and other students got very long faces but when I said “who do you think gave your parents the idea” they brightened up. I said the issue isn’t what you believe…. everyone will believe different it is about how you feel about what you feel. It makes me feel happy to see pictures of Santa Clause and I adore the tooth fairy so I do not waste time on not believing anything.
And I am in good company on this feeling happy business like Albert Einstein said:
“All that we need to make us happy is something to be enthusiastic about.”
